Forgiveness

It is far better to forgive than to punish a person forever.If you hold a grudge against your mate,you inject poison into your own veins.You make yourself as much suffering as your mate often more.But if you extend the hand of love to your mate,you will find your love returned.you will grow stronger and more matured as a christian.(page73-74).
